Gwanak-gu community health center was built on the side of parking lot of the Boramae town hall. It was hard for the building to take shape properly since the site is basically not used only for it. It is also possible to get many complaints from tenants of the existing town hall and residents of the houses nearby because it sits on the very compact residential district. The new health center divided an existing site into two zones, a small plaza and a parking lot to create a new pedestrian path. Three gabled roofs of the building are harmonized to the neighboring houses in terms of the volumes of the building and the grey-colored brick façade of it is also harmonized in terms of the appearance of the building.
